Welcome to Millenary. Our mission is to make elite preventive health accessible — without the private members' club. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Services, including all materials, data, information and content made available through them. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

1. Definitions

• "Laboratory" or "Laboratories" — Randox (United Kingdom) and Echevarne (Spain), our accredited third-party laboratory partners, solely responsible for performing medical biology acts.
• "Millenary", "we", "us", "our" — Life Mission Technologies, Inc., trading as Millenary, a company registered in England and Wales.
• "Millenary Content" — data, content, design, text and software made available through the Platform, excluding Personal Data and User Content.
• "Plans" — our Core, Plus and Elite diagnostic plans, as described on our Plans page.
• "Platform" — the online platform operated by Millenary, dedicated to preventive health and longevity insight.
• "Services" — our Services include: (a) facilitating access to Laboratory testing services; (b) providing informational content on preventive health, wellness and longevity; (c) providing AI-generated health insights and recommendations, which are general information only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment; and (d) facilitating access to third-party partner services.
• "User Content" — content you create, upload or share via the Services.
• "You" / "User" — you, the individual using our Services.

2. Scope of the Services

a. MILLENARY DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS, MEDICAL TREATMENT, HEALTH OR SOCIAL CARE SERVICE, PRESCRIPTION, OR ANY FORM OF MEDICAL OPINION. All content on the Platform, including our AI-generated insights, is for general informational purposes only.

b. UNLIKE SOME OTHER HEALTH PLATFORMS, OUR AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS ARE NOT REVIEWED, VERIFIED OR APPROVED BY A DOCTOR OR OTHER QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL BEFORE THEY ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU. Our Services, including our AI-powered features, are not a substitute for qualified medical care or advice. We strongly recommend you consult your own qualified healthcare professional before making any decision regarding your health, diagnosis, treatment or care based on information provided through our Services.

c. You agree not to delay seeking medical care, or to ignore the advice of a qualified medical professional, based on your use of our Services. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

d. Millenary facilitates access to accredited Laboratories (Randox in the United Kingdom and Echevarne in Spain). These Laboratories are exclusively responsible for performing medical biology acts and for sample collection, handling and analysis, in compliance with applicable law.

e. Millenary does not collect, store, analyse or retain any biological samples. Please refer to the terms of the Laboratory that collects your sample for information on how it handles that sample.

3. Eligibility

a. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our Services.

b. You may create a single Account, providing accurate personal data as required.

c. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you do not meet these eligibility requirements or otherwise materially breach these Terms.

4. Limited Licence to Use Our Services

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the security of your Account credentials, and Millenary will attribute all Account activity to you. You may deactivate your Account at any time by emailing [support email].

5. Use of AI-Powered Features

a. Our AI-powered features generate automated insights based on your test results and the information you provide. THESE INSIGHTS ARE NOT REVIEWED BY A PHYSICIAN OR OTHER HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL BEFORE BEING SHOWN TO YOU. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT OUR AI FEATURES ARE AI-BASED TOOLS THAT DO NOT REPLACE HUMAN INTERACTION OR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, AND ARE INTENDED ONLY TO PROVIDE GENERAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING INFORMATION. MILLENARY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR HELPFUL. YOU AGREE NOT TO RELY ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS FOR ANY MEDICAL OR HEALTH-RELATED DECISION, INCLUDING DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR EMERGENCY ASSESSMENT.

b. You represent that you are not using our AI features to obtain a medical diagnosis, and you agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable, or that creates a risk of harm to yourself or others.

6. User Representations and Obligations

You agree not to sell, license, reproduce or make commercial use of our Services or Millenary Content without our prior written consent, other than as reasonably necessary for your personal use. You agree not to resell or export access to our Services, your test results, or any Millenary Content. You represent that you are not an employer or insurer seeking information about an employee or a prospective or actual customer.

7. Fair and Reasonable Use

You agree to: keep your information accurate and up to date; not disrupt our technology or misappropriate our intellectual property; and comply with applicable law at all times. You agree not to introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in phishing, spamming or similar conduct.

8. Millenary's Rights

We may update the Services or these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, technical or availability changes. We will notify you of material changes; if you do not agree, you may close your Account before the changes take effect. All Millenary Content, and all associated intellectual property rights, belong to Millenary or its licensors.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle your Personal Data and forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully, particularly with regard to your health data.

10. Additional User Obligations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume responsibility for determining whether our Services, and any third-party offerings facilitated through them, are appropriate for your particular needs. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law, including that services must be provided with reasonable skill and care, and that products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

11. Purchase Terms

a. By purchasing a Plan (Core, Plus or Elite), you authorise Millenary to charge your designated payment method for the applicable fees, including any sample-collection fee.

b. Where a Plan is offered on a subscription basis, it will renew automatically at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.

c. Please refer to the refund policy provided at checkout for cancellation and refund terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Millenary is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable to us. This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury caused by Millenary's negligence, or to Millenary's fraud or wilful misconduct. Millenary is not responsible for services provided directly by third parties, including our partner Laboratories, although we may facilitate your access to them.

13. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind except as required by applicable law or expressly stated in these Terms. Millenary does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or any form of medical opinion through the Services. While we implement reasonable security safeguards, we cannot guarantee that your data will be completely secure from unauthorised access.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, or, if you are a consumer resident in Spain, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence in Spain, without prejudice to your consumer rights.

15. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Millenary with respect to the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect. Millenary may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another party on notice to you, without affecting your accrued rights.
