Data Protection & GDPR

Last updated Sep 24, 2026

Millenary only processes your health data — biomarker results, health history, and AI-generated insights — with your explicit consent, or as necessary to perform our contract with you. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, which may limit your ability to use certain features of the Services.

We rely on the performance of our contract with you, your explicit consent, our legitimate interests, and compliance with our legal obligations, depending on the purpose — see the table in our Privacy Policy for the specific basis that applies to each purpose.

Data-subject rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and the right to object to processing, including profiling. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

How to exercise your rights

Email operations@millenary.com. We will respond within one month of receiving your request, or up to three months for complex or repeated requests, as permitted by law.

Supervisory authority

Our lead supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), United Kingdom — ico.org.uk. If you are based in Spain, you may also contact the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) — aepd.es.
